STARTERS

THE ORIGINAL ONION LOAF
Sweet Spanish Onion, thinly sliced and fried in our special batter. Available as a full or a half loaf serving.

SAMPLER PLATTER
A lip-smackin’ combo of our Crab Dip, Beer Battered Mozzarella sticks, Chicken Fingers and Stuffed Potato Skins. Serves 3.

Lean and Tender, basted with our Smokey BBQ Sauce.

CRAB DIP
Maryland Crab Meat blended with Cream Cheese and herbs. Served with Fresh Baked Bread.

A soft pretzel topped with our own Crab Dip and smothered in Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese.

BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDERS
Spicy strips of Chicken Breast, battered, deep fried, and tossed in Buffalo Sauce. Served with Blue Cheese dressing.

BARE BONES SPECIAL SALAD
Now famous! Crisp Garden Greens, layered with fried Tortilla Strips, diced Tomato, Aged Cheddar Cheese, crumbled Bacon and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Strips. Served with Honey-Mustard Dressing. Extra dressings are $.75.

SHRIMP SALAD
Perfectly Steamed Gulf Shrimp & Diced Celery blended with a Creamy Herb Dressing on a bed of Greens with Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber slices, Hard Cooked Egg & Fresh Cole Slaw (also available as a sandwich).

CALIFORNIA SALAD
Mixed Wild Greens lightly tossed in a Balsamic Vinaigrette with sliced Mushrooms, diced Tomatoes, chopped Walnuts, crumbled Blue Cheese, and sliced Red Onion. Topped with Grilled Cajun Chicken Strips.

ROASTED PRIME RIB

USDA Choice Rib Eye. Aged and slowly roasted to juicy perfection. Served with Au Jus and Creamy Horseradish Sauce.

RIB EYE STEAK

The Heart of the Prime Rib. A very tender cut. Broiled to order over open flames.

Jumbo Gulf Shrimp grilled with our BBQ Sauce and topped with Monterey Jack Cheese.

GRILLED SALMON
Fresh Atlantic Salmon Fillet grilled over open flames and served with Tarragon Sauce.

THE BREWMEISTER STEAK
10oz. Sirloin, robustly seasoned & marinated in Bare Bones’ Tiber River Red Ale, grilled over an open flame and topped with sautéed Mushrooms, melted Monterey Jack Cheese & Onion Straws.
